Jane Barbe has taught Kindergarten through fifth grade general music and band for 16 years. Currently, Jane teaches in the Kyrene School District in Tempe, Arizona. She holds an undergraduate and masters’ degree from Ithaca College, as well as Orff Certifications Levels I, II, and III from Arizona State University. Jane has served as president of the Arizona Chapter of the American Orff-Schulwerk Association. As a clinician, she has presented workshops for state conferences, school districts, as well as at the university level. Jane has also served as a mentor teacher since 1998.
